Practical AI™ is a structured, tool-agnostic decision framework designed for organisations that need results rather than roadmaps.
It was developed by Kennedy Ikwuemesi, drawing on more than two decades of experience building and governing mission-critical systems in payments, banking, and regulated financial environments. These are systems where ambiguity is expensive, accountability is unavoidable, and every decision must be explainable under scrutiny.
Practical AI™ exists because AI adoption has been moving faster than the structures required to use it responsibly. Tools are adopted before systems are understood. Experimentation is mistaken for strategy. Risk is addressed only after visibility arrives.
